Anonymous User Cleanup

Removes inactive anonymous accounts (same criteria as the nightly job) and any anonymous Auth accounts with no Firestore user doc. Useful for a manual wipe.

Disband Bot Clans

Deletes all clans headed by a bot and clears clan membership from their user docs. Run this once after changing the default maxMembers so bots can re-form under the new limit.
